Revolut added almost 16 million retail customers in 2025, ending the year with 68.3 million and later passing 75 million. Revenue reached £4.5 billion, profit before tax rose to £1.7 billion and customers held £50.2 billion across the platform while generating £986 billion of retail transaction volume.

In Spain, France, Poland and Italy, Revolut now accounts for roughly 3 in every 10 recent account openings or more.

The next challenge is earning more from those accounts.

Primary banking customers increased 45% in 2025, faster than total customer growth of 30%. Revenue per retail customer rose from approximately £59 to £66, balances per customer increased from £576 to £735 and transaction volume per customer grew from £11,219 to £14,436.

Revolut now needs more customers to deposit salaries, hold larger balances, subscribe to paid plans and use the account across payments, foreign exchange, investments, rewards and everyday spending.

This is where sport enters the strategy.

Audi F1 builds global reach, Manchester City drives banking and payments, the NBA connects Europe and America, and Como connects Revolut Business with fans and commerce.

Revolut can earn from both sides through accounts, subscriptions, rewards, payments, foreign exchange and business banking.
